Malik Hafizul Alam, the Managing Director of City Technology Ltd., is a hardworking individual with an extroverted and warm personality.
He was born in Chuadanga, to the renowned landlord Malik family, in Greater Khustia district.
Under his exceptional leadership, City Technology Ltd. has become a successful and well-known real estate organization in the housing industry,
with well-reputed clients, including Shahjalal Islami Bank, Mercantile Bank, First Security Bank, Union Bank, Bay Shoes, Apex Shoes, Bata,
Samsung Electronics / Electra International, Grameen Phone, and four Insurance companies; who have chosen to rent space in several of his
buildings, and have received utmost customer satisfaction.
Throughout his 23-year career, fueled by his dedication, honesty, and sincerity, Mr. Malik has created unique, environment-friendly buildings,
